Frequently Asked Questions

You Never know unless you ask

How is this different from co-working facilities?

While there are similarities, there are also major differences that stretch beyond just work space availability and free snacks.

  • Space for local artists and makers to display and sell their items
  • Mentoring from in house staff and local business leaders
  • Podcast equipment
  • Dedicated space to stage and photograph your items
  • Individualized business planning
  • E-learnings and  Virtual Lecture Series *coming soon*

If you're a non-profit, why are you charging membership fees?

As a non- profit our expenses are offset by private investors and government funds but they are not completely covered. Your fees go straight to providing staffing and expansion of future services.

What Sets Us Apart?

MENTORING, Networking and community connections. Our human capital, which has more than 60 years of experience, added to the variety of specialties we cover gives us a wide spectrum of coverage. The commercial and business networking we access makes us unique in our service.

How Does Gallery Space Work?

Our gallery space is available to members only. In addition to your membership fee, there are commission fees based on a sliding scale and monthly rental fees for our limited available cases should you prefer your items displayed behind a locked window. There is wall and shelving space available without a rental fee but commissions still apply. Anyone is able to come browse the gallery spaces and it will be open to the general public during our regular operating hours. You may promote your pieces on your social media (we will as well) and arrange times to show your pieces at the studio.
